H-TRAINING was founded by Helen Hourican in 1989. It is a full certificated management centre accredited by the Institute of leadership and Management (ilm). H-TRAINING offer qualifications in Management for groups or on an individual basis.  

Helen Hourican began  her career in the accountancy profession and then moved to the management and marketing sector. She completed an MSc in HR (Training and Performance Management) with the University of Leicester in 2004 and a Masters in Leadership Mentoring & Executive Coaching with the Institute of Leadership and Management in 2006. Helen works with a team of executive trainers/coaches who have extensive experience in Management, Coaching, Human Resources Management, Sales Management and Personal Development.

H-TRAINING provides management programmes  at Award, Certificate and Diploma level in the areas of First Line Management, Middle Management and Executive Management. All qualifications are on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications and have the Euro pass. Sales and personal development programmes are endorsed by the ILM. Programmes are available to all organisations -- public and private, large and small -- throughout Ireland. Individuals may avail of all programmes through Leadership Mentoring and.or Executive Coaching on a one-to-one coaching basis

H-TRAINING has individual coaching facilities in the rural surroundings of Waterfall, just outside Cork. However H-TRAINING is a national training provider and has major national clients. 

H-TRAINING  programmes are designed to suit individual client needs and company specific case studies and material may be developed. These are designed and developed to reflect the current challenges in an organisation.
