These qualifications have been specifically designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager. The Programme is available on an individual basis, through coaching. Participants may commence the programme at any time. Fees are paid at the end of each coaching session. The Award:The full Diploma Programme begins here. However if you are not in a position to complete the entire Diploma you may register for the Award in First Line Management when you have this section completed. The Award is designed to develop practical techniques for tackling managerial problems and making decisions from gathering information through to effective communication of outcomes.
The Certificate:The Certificate follows on from the Award and is a more comprehensive programme that builds and broadens the skills and knowledge gained in the Award. Mandatory units include:
