The Diploma:This develops a comprehensive range of management skills. The qualification builds on the Award and Certificate and enables participants to reach their full potential as managers. Mandatory units include: - Critical thinking-evaluating theory against reality
- Leading innovation and change-identifying opportunities for development.
Candidates may join the qualification at any stage - Award, Certificate or Diploma. Flexibility: There are a wide range of units to choose from. The Qualification may be gained through Individual Coaching Sessions at H-TRAINING and through distance learning. Delegates can attend at a time that suits them. Flexible payment methods are available.
