These qualifications have been specifically designed to give practicing and potential senior managers critical evaluation skills for their formal development in this role.

The programme is available on an individual or workplace group basis, through individual coaching. participants may commence the programme at any time. fees are paid at the end of each coaching session.

The Award:

This is a concise qualification that includes the development of senior management skills. The mandatory unit 'Making Informed decisions' examines different decision making strategies and their uses.

The Certificate:

This is a more comprehensive programme that builds and broadens the skills and knowledge gained in the Award. During the mandatory unit at this level 'Developing the executive manager' participants collect and analyse feedback on their personal practice and effectiveness.

The Diploma:

This develops a comprehensive range of skills, providing participants with a broad body of knowledge required by senior managers. While the diploma builds on the Award and Certificate it is more suited to practising senior managers, due to the more challenging demands of the programme.
