The ILM Level 3 Award in Coaching for First Line Managers aims to equip practising and potential team leaders and first line managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role. Units covered include: - Understanding good practice in workplace coaching
- Organising workplace coaching
- developing the skills to coach in the workplace
- Undertaking supervised coaching in the workplace
- Undertaking an extended period of supervised coaching in the workplace
Cost:- Introductory 2 hour session €225 (includes personality profile)
- Subsequent 2 hour sessions €150
- Plus ILM Registration Fees
