ILM Level 3(Level 5 Irish Framework) Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches Print E-mail

The Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches builds upon the ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers but with the addition of an extended period of supervised coaching/management practice. It is, therefore, best suited to the needs of those for whom workplace coaching is/will be a significant part of their activities.

In addition, it is possible for those who complete this qualification to possibly move into a development role within their organisations or as a freelance workplace coach.
